Box vans are very popular for applications such as moving house, carrying/delivering heavy machinery and appliances, and just about anything else you can fit inside the body (which is quite a lot!).
Some of our box vans are fitted with a tail lift, for ease of loading/unloading, and some have a luton style body on them, which allows an extra compartment for storage above the cab roof.
